How to share screen on Airmeet ?

3. How do I stop screen sharing?



Airmeet allows you to share your screen, desktop, or other content while participating in an Airmeet event. During a live session, only the host(s) and speaker(s) can share their screen, while on the table, anyone can do so.







1. On the Social Lounge Table



Step 1. Join any table in the lounge.


Step 2. Click on the screenshare button (upward arrow button).


Step 3. Choose what you want to share: “Browser Tab, Window,, Entire Screen, and click on the Share button once it turns blue.




Step 4. To share a PowerPoint or other document, click on "Select PDF File", and select the document from your device to present it.






2. On Stage/Backstage



The host, co-host, and speaker can share their screen in two different ways when they are on the stage or backstage.


a) 
Present PDF from within the Airmeet stage


b) Select the Screen Share option and share Browser Tab, Window,or the Entire Screen”.



Steps to be followed:

Step 1: Go to the stage or backstage.


Step 
2: Click on the upward arrow button and select the "Share Screen" option.



Step 3: Choose what you want to share: “Browser Tab, Window,, Entire Screen”. Then click on the Share button once it turns blue.



Step 4: To share a PowerPoint or other document:  After following the above steps, click on "Select PDF File", select the PDF from your device, and share it with your audience.

3. How do I stop screen sharing?



To stop screen sharing, click on the same "Share Screen" button you used to share the screen that appears as an "X." This is applicable to virtual tables, backstage, live stage, and booth live broadcasts.
