As an event organizer, you can customize the event pre-event and during the event.
Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, which will allow you to customize the event theme and change the setting according to your preferences.
During the Event
During the event, the organizer can change the setting according to their preferences on a real-time basis.
To disable the session feed(chat) & clear sessions chat, kindly follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the settings tab placed on the top right corner.
Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.
Step 3: Scroll down to the session experience section and click on the "Hide" icon beside the 'Live chat' option to disable the session feed(chat) from all the sessions.
Step 4: Click on the 'Clear' button to erase all the existing chats on all the sessions in one go.
Disclaimer : Clearing Event feed data may impact the post event analytics reports. Kindly perform the action accordingly.
Step 5: Scroll down and click on the "Save" button.
Note: None of the participants including speakers, exhibitors & event organizer would be able to view session chat once it is disabled.
