TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. Overview
An Airmeet session transcript is a written record of the dialogue and interactions that occurred during a session on the Airmeet platform.
Transcripts can be valuable for various reasons:
a. Record-keeping: They provide a documented history of what was discussed or presented during the session.
b. Reference: organizers can refer back to the transcript to refresh their memory about key points, discussions, or decisions made during the session.
c. Accessibility: Transcripts can be useful for individuals who may have missed the session or have difficulty accessing audio or video content. They can read through the transcript to understand what took place.
d. Searchability: Text-based transcripts can be easily searched, allowing organizers to quickly find specific information within the session.
A transcript serves as a record of what was discussed or presented during the session, allowing organizers to review the content later or share it with others who were unable to attend. It can be useful for reference, documentation, or further analysis of the topics covered.
2. View Session Transcript
Step 1: Go to the events dashboard, and under the "Sessions" tab, click on the "Recording & Transcripts" section.
Step 2: Once the session is completed, hover over the session details and click on the "View Transcript" button.
Step 3: The transcript will be viewed on another tab.
Note: You can only view the transcript and cannot download the transcript.
3. Points to keep in mind
1. Session Transcript is only available for "Live session" and NOT for stream-into-Airmeet, pre-recorded sessions, or sessions as a video call type of session.
2. The transcript will be visible on the dashboard even if closed captions are not turned on in the live event.
3. The transcripts will be visible in the dashboard for all sessions starting on April 15th.
