The ticket tier can only be deleted if no ticket of this tier has been purchased yet. Click on the 3 dot menu and the 'Delete' icon to remove this ticket tier. Attendees will no longer be able to view or purchase this ticket.
If you wish to pause the ticket sale for any ticket tier, click on 'Edit' and "reduce the quantity" of this ticket available for sale. Click 'Save.'
For example - If 10/100 tickets of Ticket X have been sold so far, to pause this ticket sale, I would reduce and update the ticket quantity to 10. This will mark the ticket as 'Sold out,' and the attendees will no longer be able to purchase it.
Note: Tickets cannot be deleted once at least 1 ticket is sold. You can reduce the quantity to pause the ticket as shown above.
