Why am I getting frequently disconnected?

If you're getting disconnected frequently, make sure to take a look at below troubleshooting tips:


  • Refresh your web browser

  • Kindly clear the browser cache memory

  • Check your Audio/Video permissions.

    Click on the two-line icon next to the URL field and make sure the Camera and Microphone are enabled for the airmeet.com webpage.



  • Restart your web browser
    Sometimes browser settings require a browser restart for changes to take effect.


  • Make sure you have disabled VPN/Firewall, which might be blocking your access.

  • Kindly check if you are accessing Airmeet on a supported browser.
