1. Overview

The fluid space offers flexibility for organizers to host informal meetings sessions that are not bound to tables. They can add it as a part of the agenda and use the multi-purpose space to host different formats of informal sessions. Backgrounds can be initially picked from the default settings available.

Attendees will be able to join the space, move around with the arrow keys, and join any conversation they are interested in. When two attendees come into contact with each other, essentially when they are both inside the same zone(indicated by a circle on-screen), a conversation starts. Initially, the details of other attendees appear on the top left corner but can be expanded to a video call window similar to that of the table conversations.

New attendees will be pushed into another room if the particular lounge/room limit is exceeded. Attendees can flit between multiple rooms provided there is an empty slot to accommodate them.,

Insights

  • Total participants can join 300. Each room can have 30 participants.

  • Megaphone: The organizer can make an announcement (audio/video). Everyone who has joined the particular room can hear.
