1. Overview

Enable closed captions for your live sessions to make sure your events can be accessed by everyone. Organizers can choose to keep the caption on or turn it off as per the event requirements. Empower all your participants to engage with the live sessions equally.

Closed Captions are turned OFF by default.

As an event organizer, you can enable the closed captions pre-event or during the event as well.

2. Enable Closed Caption before starting your event.

Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, which will allow you to customize the event and enable the Closed captions in advance.

3. Enable Closed Caption for your event

To enable the Closed caption for your event, kindly follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to the "Settings" tab placed in the top right corner.

Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.

Step 3: Scroll down to the event experience section and "toggle the button on" beside the "Closed Caption" option to enable the closed caption for your event.

Step 4: Scroll down and click on the "Save" button.
