1. Overview
An attendee engagement score is a granular metric calculated on a scale of 1 to 100, giving you a real-time view of attendee engagement at the session level and overall event level. This data not only helps you gauge attendee involvement but also facilitates segmentation and filtering of attendees for lead generation. It can also be seamlessly integrated into their AirProfiles, giving you a holistic view of each attendee

2. How is the Attendee Engagement score calculated?
An Attendee Engagement score is calculated comprising of session level attendee engagement score & event level attendee engagement score.
2.1. Session-level Attendee Engagement Score
- 1. Normalized score of each session engagement feature interaction is calculated by taking that attendee's number of interactions for a feature as a percentage of the maximum number of interactions for that feature done by any attendee.
- 2. A weighted average of all the normalized session feature scores is taken for that attendee. Weights are as follows:
- 3. Normalize the weighted average of an attendee by taking it as a percentage of max weighted average of any attendee in that session.
2.2. Event-level Attendee Engagement Score
1. Normalized score of each event engagement feature interaction (including session engagement score) is calculated by taking that attendee's number of interactions for a feature as a percentage of the maximum number of interactions for that feature done by any attendee.
2. A weighted average of all the normalized event feature scores is taken for that attendee. Weights are as follows:
3. Normalize the weighted average of an attendee by taking it as a percentage of the maximum weighted average of any attendee in an event.
2.3. Overall Engagement Score (Community Level)
For each attendee:
Engagement is calculated as the average of all the event engagement scores for that attendee.
3. Integration
Engagement scores can currently be synced to HubSpot and Marketo under the Activity tab, respectively.
