TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. Overview
Enhance attendee engagement by prompting profile completion immediately upon event entry. Event organizers have the flexibility to mandate specific profile fields—such as profile image, introduction, and external links—directly from the dashboard settings.

2. How to Prompt Attendees for Profile Completion
To activate the prompt that encourages attendees to complete their profile when they join the event, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to your event's dashboard and select the People tab.
Step 2: Locate the Attendee Profile under the attendee profile settings section.
Step 3: Toggle on the “Prompt Attendee Profile Completion” option.
Important Note: This functionality is exclusively available for attendees accessing the event on a desktop or computer via a web browser.
3. How to Mandate Profile Attributes
Mark selected profile attributes as mandatory for attendees to complete.
Step 1: Activate Prompt: First, toggle on the "Prompt Attendee Profile Completion" option (as shown in section 2).
Step 2: Select Attributes: Choose and mark the desired profile attributes, such as "Profile image," "Introduction," and "external link(s)," according to your event's requirements.
Once fields are marked as mandatory, the attendee will be prompted to fill in this required information upon entering the event or at any point during the live session.
Tip: We recommend making these changes before the event opens to participants, as implementing them during a live event may disrupt the attendee experience.
Note: Attendee profile details, such as name, city, country, and any custom fields configured in the registration form, are automatically pre-filled. These items can also be designated as mandatory within the registration form settings.Need more help? Contact support@airmeet.com or visit our 24*7 Support Lounge.
