How to check how many tickets were sold and details of the ticket holders?

Modified on Wed, 29 Mar 2023 at 03:21 PM

Step 1: Go to the "Events Dashboard" > "Registration" tab > "Ticketing" tab. You can view the Quantity and sale status for each ticket tier. The Quantity 'X/Y' denotes that 'X' tickets out of 'Y' have been sold.

Step 2: To view the list of ticket holders, go to the Registrations tab > 'Participant List' on the event dashboard. You can view the list of all registered Airmeet users who attended the event.

On your Stripe Dashboard

Step 1: Log in to your Stripe dashboard. Click on the 'Payments' tab on the left.

Step 2: Each line item in this section corresponds to a single ticket sale/transaction.

Step3: ‘Customer’ is the email id entered by the attendee while purchasing the ticket.

Step 4: You can click and drill down into each transaction to view the full checkout summary for each transaction.

a) ‘Items’ in the checkout summary will correspond to various ticket types.

b) ‘Amount’ will correspond to the amount paid by the attendee.

c) ‘Fee’ corresponds to the total fee charged on the transaction. It consists of two parts:

  • Stripe processing fees - This is the fee charged by Stripe for processing payments. You can read more about how Stripe calculates these fees under this page's ‘Payments’ section.
  • Airmeet Application Fee

d) ‘Net’ corresponds to the payout that you actually receive in your stripe account.

Step 5: You can view and export all your recent payments from your customers.
