What are different types of event formats in Airmeet?

An event can be hosted in three formats on Airmeet: Webinar, Virtual Event, Hybrid Event and In-Person Event formats.




Virtual Event Format comes under FREE, PREMIUM WEBINAR, VIRTUAL EVENTS & ALL IN SUITE Plans.



Virtual Event and Hybrid Conference Formats come under VIRTUAL EVENTS  & ALL IN SUITE Plans.




  • 1. Webinar Event Format
    1. Single-stage: You can only host sequential sessions on a single track (no parallel sessions).

    2. Social Lounge and Speed Networking are available for networking.

    3. Attendees cannot skip sessions. They will be directed to the live event. 

    4. There is no reception or booth exhibition space in the Webinar Format.

    5. Sponsor branding is limited.

    6. Ideal for webinars and networking events.

    7. The user interface is entirely different from the Virtual Event format.

    2. Virtual Event Format

    1. Create parallel sessions on multiple tracks. 

    2. Set up exhibition booths, and each booth has a lounge.

    3. Attendees have the option to join any session.

    4. More space for sponsor branding.

    5. The social lounge is always available for networking.

    6. Ideal for conferences, summits, tradeshows, and fairs with a large audience.

    7. Attendees can opt to visit booths, and lounge (for networking), or come to the reception page to see the summarized information of the event even when the session is live.

    3. Hybrid Event Format


    1. Engage both In-person and Online attendees
    2. Manage event entry in the physical event using the Airmeet app to check in attendees by scanning their QR codes
    3. Personalize the agenda based on attendance type: Hybrid or Online only
    4. Networking across different attendance types using Social lounge, Speed Networking, Scheduled Meetings, and Direct Messages
    5. In-person attendees can use the Airmeet app to participate in Q&A, polls, surveys, and so on
    6. Rich engagement analytics on In-person attendees too
    7. Sessions have the venue field to help In-person attendees find the session venue easily
    8. Set up tickets based on attendance type, and ticketing can be set up at the value "0" without connecting with a Stripe account. 
    9. Provide a seamless event experience for both your online and in-person attendees
      Similar to the Virtual event format, with additional onsite compatibility features
    10. Unlimited possibilities of Networking like Social Lounge, Speed networking & Fluid Space
    11. Mobile application for Organizer to manage onsite scanning and analytics on attendee presence online & offline (coming soon)
