1. Overview


Make your attendees feel special with a noteworthy introductory video. Offer an immersive 3D walkthrough of the event space to get them acquainted with the virtual venue. Highlight and thank your event sponsors to call attention to them, & spotlight key events of the day to create a buzz among the attendees right from the start.



Organizers can now add a video clip that plays automatically as soon as the attendee enters the event. The video will act as the entry point into the event for attendees.

2. Add a Welcome video for your event


To Add a welcome video for your conference event, kindly follow the below steps:


Step 1: Go to the events dashboard, > Click on the "Branding" tab and select "Event branding," and scroll down to the "Add a Welcome video" section.




Step 2: Click on the "Add to event" button. You will have two options:




a) Upload a Video

Upload a video from your computer with the following specifications:

Format: .Mp4
Maximum file size: 500MB




b) Select from the video library

As an organizer, you can select the video from the common video library and make it your welcome video.



Step 3: Click "Done" once the video is uploaded or selected from the library.




2.1. Enable the Skip option


The welcome video is shown once per event per participant. Hence, if your video is more than 30 seconds, you can enable the skip option, allowing attendees to skip the welcome video and land on the reception page.


To enable the Skip option. kindly "toggle towards Right" beside the "Enable Skip option."



3. Things to keep in mind


  • The Welcome video is played once per event per participant.
  • A welcome video is not supported on Airmeet mobile application.
  • Airmeet compresses the video quality to 720p during processing.
