How to create Stage Banner or Lower third for your Airmeet event?

Modified on Tue, 28 Nov, 2023 at 11:30 PM

Note: The Stage Banner feature is ONLY applicable for Attendee-based Plans (ABP)

Create banners to quickly convey and publish a notification during the sessions.

1. Overview

Use the banner feature to give more detailed information about sessions and events and to foster better engagement. Customize event banners by choosing solid colors, gradients, or patterns as a template. For longer text in banners, you can convert it to a floating banner so attendees can see all the information during the live session.

2. How do I set up a stage banner?

Step 1: Go to your backstage or stage and click on the "right-hand side" panel.

Step 2: Click on "Manage" and select the "Banners" option.

Step 3: Click on "+ Create Banners" and enter the text on the card.

Note: The stage banner will be static if the entered text is less and will be moving if the text is more.

Customize banner

Give your banner a custom look by selecting a Solid color, Gradient or Patterns.

Step 4: Click on the "Preview" option to preview the banner on stage, and click on "Save."

Step 5: To show the stage banner on your live stage, click on the "Show on Stage" button.

To hide the stage banner on your live stage, click on the "Hide from Stage" button.

3. Things to keep in mind

  • Only the session host and co-host can create and show the stage banner on the live stage.
  • You can create and save the banner before the event as well
  • To make the static banner dynamic (moving), kindly add more text or repeat the text again.
  • The stage banner is only applicable for ABP plans.
