1. Overview
Enable manual registration approval and approve participant registration from the events dashboard.
2. Enable "Waitlist Mode"
Step 1: Go to your "Event Dashboard," and under the "Registrations tab," select the "Registration Access" section.
Step 2: Toggle the button to the right beside the "Enable Waitlist Mode" section.
Once the toggle is turned on, everyone who registers for the event will get a toast message to wait for the organizer to approve the registration.

Note: Waitlist Mode is NOT applicable to the "Only invited people can enter" event entry type.
3. Approve or Reject Participant Registration
Whenever participants register for the event, an approval request is sent to the organizer to confirm there registration, to which the QR email is being sent.
3.1. Approve Registration
Let's see how you can approve the registration for all participants.
Step 1: Go to your "Event Dashboard," and under the "People tab," select the "Attendee" section.
Step 2: Hover over the participant's name and click on "Approve Registration."
Step 3: Once the registration is approved, an invitation email is sent to the participants to confirm the registration.
Note: Waitlist Mode is NOT applicable to the "Only invited people can enter" event entry type.
3.2. Reject Registration
Whenever participants register for the event, an organizer can reject there registration, and a rejection email is sent to that particular participant.
Let's see how you can reject registration for participants.
Step 1: Go to your "Event Dashboard," and under the "People tab," select the "Attendee" section.
Step 2: Hover over the participant's name and click on "Reject Registration."
Step 3: Once the registration is rejected, a registration rejection email is sent to the participants.
