1. Introduction
Organizers aim to create captivating event experiences from start to finish, and one prime opportunity to engage participants is during the waiting period before a session begins.
Waiting screens serve as a valuable tool, especially in cases of event delays. They offer versatile functionality, allowing organizers to showcase demo videos, customer testimonials, or highlight sponsors through sponsor showcase videos.

6. Points to keep in mind:
The waiting screen cannot be applied to a networking session or session as a video call type of session.
The user can join a session 15 minutes before it starts.
The waiting screen will not be visible to the host, co-host, or speakers (since they will be in the backstage area when session has not started.)
A video uploaded as the waiting screen is restricted to a maximum file size of 500 MB.
