How many speakers can an Airmeet session accommodate on stage?

  • How many speakers can be on the stage for a live session?
  • Number of speakers in a live session
  • How many speakers/event organizers be on the backstage?




Live Stage (Live session)
 

On stage, You can have 28 participants, including the host, co-host & speakers.


Though you can map/add up to 50 speakers on the events dashboard for display purposes ONLY, but only 28 speakers can be shown on stage at a time.





Though you can map/add up to 50 speakers, hide other speakers, and call upon other participants on stage.


An attendee can join the stage by raising their hand, or the host can invite them to the stage.



On Backstage

On session backstage, apart from the limit mentioned above, 

The community manager & event manager (team members) can also join backstage for a quick catch-up until the session is not live and will be pushed out as soon as the session begins.



Note: As soon as the session starts, the event manager (team members) will be pulled off the live stage if they are not mapped as a session host or co-host.




Other types of sessions


Pre-recorded session: You can map/add up to 50 speakers for display purposes ONLY. They won't be able to join backstage or live stage during the session.  


Stream into Airmeet: You can map/add up to 50 speakers for display purposes ONLY. They won't be able to join backstage or live stage during the session.


Other session activities like 1-1 Speed networking, Fluid Space, Break, and Explore Booth don't require speaker mapping.
