Overview

AirGenie is Airmeet’s AI-powered content assistant that helps organizers create and repurpose content for virtual and hybrid events.

With AirGenie, organizers can quickly generate event-related content such as event names, descriptions, session details, speaker bios, summaries, blog posts, and social posts. This helps reduce manual effort and makes it easier to create clear, engaging, and ready-to-use content for different stages of the event lifecycle.

Note: AirGenie is currently in the beta phase.

What can AirGenie help you create?

AirGenie can help organizers generate different types of content across the event setup and post-event workflow.

1. Event names and descriptions

AirGenie can suggest event names and descriptions based on the selected tone and keywords. This is useful when you want to create a compelling title or event description but need help with phrasing, positioning, or structure.

2. Session titles and descriptions

AirGenie can help create clear and engaging session titles and descriptions. This helps organizers make sessions easier to understand and more appealing to attendees.

3. Speaker bios

AirGenie can generate short speaker biographies based on the speaker’s expertise, role, and profile details. These bios can be used to introduce speakers on the event landing page or during event promotions.

4. AI Summary

AirGenie can generate a summary for an entire event or a specific session. This helps organizers quickly capture key discussions, highlights, and takeaways without manually reviewing the full event or session content.

AI summaries can be used for:

  • Post-event recaps

  • Internal reporting

  • Attendee follow-up communication

  • Session documentation

  • Marketing or event highlight content

While generating a summary, organizers can select the preferred format, tone, maximum word limit, and keywords.

5. AI Blog Post

AirGenie can generate a blog post from an entire event or a specific session. This helps organizers convert event discussions, webinar content, and session insights into structured long-form content.

AI blog posts can be used for:

  • Post-event blogs

  • Webinar recaps

  • Thought-leadership articles

  • Newsletter content

  • Marketing campaigns

While generating a blog post, organizers can define the maximum word limit, tone, point of view, and keywords.

6. AI Social Post

AirGenie can generate social media posts from an entire event or a specific session. This helps organizers quickly create social-ready content from event highlights, session discussions, and key takeaways.

AI social posts can be used for:

  • LinkedIn posts

  • X posts

  • Facebook posts

  • Event highlight posts

  • Post-event promotional content

While generating a social post, organizers can define the maximum word limit, tone, number of AI-generated hashtags, and keywords.

Best practices

To get better results from AirGenie:

  • Add clear and relevant keywords.

  • Select the tone based on where the content will be used.

  • Keep the word limit aligned with the content type.

  • Use session-level generation for more focused outputs.

  • Review and edit the generated content before publishing or sharing.

Important note

AI-generated content may contain errors or may require edits.

Always review the generated output before publishing, sharing, or using it for official communication.
