Get started on how you can enable & disable virtual tables while creating an Airmeet.

Enabling Virtual Tables: -

While creating Airmeet, you have the option to enable the virtual tables in the networking lobby. Here are the steps for the same:

Step 1: Click on the pencil "Edit" button on the Basic Info tab.

Step 2: On the new pop-up, click on the "space" beside the Social lounge.

Step 3: By default, the virtual tables are enabled and 12 of them are given. Enter the number of virtual tables you want.

Note: The number of tables can be reduced only while creating a new event and not for the already created event. However, you can increase the table numbers any time.

Step 4: Once done, click - Update & Share Airmeet.

Disabling Virtual Tables: -

Step 1: To disable, toggle the Virtual Tables button.

Step 2: Once done click - Update & Share Airmeet.

NOTE: Once the virtual tables are disabled, the host and the speaker reach directly to the backstage area and the attendees to the session screen, where they’ll wait for the host to start the session.

FAQs: -

1. How can I change the number of virtual tables?

The host can change the number of virtual tables from the dashboard → Basic info → Edit → scroll down to Social Lounge → Change the desired number.  Also, the table count can be increased but can’t be decreased.
