Get started on how you can enable & disable virtual tables while creating an Airmeet. 

 

Enabling Virtual Tables: -

While creating Airmeet, you have the option to enable the virtual tables in the networking lobby. Here are the steps for the same:

Step 1: Toggle the Virtual tables button in the Additional Info tab. 

Step 2: You’ll see the green dot once enabled. 

Step 3: Select the number of virtual tables you want. (By default it is 12 and can be set according to the event)

Step 4: Once done, click - Update & Share Airmeet.





Disabling Virtual Tables: -

Step 1: To disable, toggle the Virtual Tables button.

Step 2: Once done click - Update & Share Airmeet.

 

NOTE: Once the virtual tables are disabled, the host and the speaker reach directly to the backstage area & the attendees to the session screen where they’ll wait for the host to start the session.

 

FAQs: -

1. How can I change the number of virtual tables?

The host can change the number of virtual tables from the dashboard → Basic info → About this Airmeet → scroll down to the last option.  Also, the table count can be increased but can’t be decreased.
