3. Backstage/Stage (Schedule tab)

Step 4: Go to the 'Schedule' tab, and you will have a list of the event sessions. You will be able to see the host and speaker’s descriptions under each session.

Step 5: For the session(s) you are mapped in you will be getting the Go Backstage button. You have to simply click on the Go Backstage button to join the session.

Note: Once you join the Backstage, you can test your audio, video, and devices to avoid last-minute surprises. To test click on the "Settings” icon, you can also interact with the host and other speakers, getting to know them before you go live.

Step 6: Once everything is in place for you, the host will start the session. A countdown of 10 seconds will indicate that the session is about to begin. Once you see “Good To Go” you can start presenting.

4. Live Session

4.1 Session Interaction

  • Chat: On the right-hand side of your screen, the Event Feed and session feed will be visible

  • Q&A: On the right-hand side of your screen all the questions asked by the attendees will be present.

  • People in Session: You can find the session participants in this section. You can also interact with them by hovering your cursor on their profiles.

  • Polls: As a speaker, you will be able to create and publish polls for the attendees.

  • Resources: Speakers can add resource media such as images, gifs, videos, pdf, etc. as per the session requirement. Media repository links can also be used.

  • Raise Hand: The host can moderate and accept or dismiss the request. If accepted, the attendee shares the stage with the speakers for the interaction.

  • Emoji: You will be able to see the emoji reactions sent by the attendee at the bottom of your screen.

As a speaker, you can leave an ongoing session and join back again.

Note:

Hide Speaker- The session host/co-host can hide and unhide the speakers during the live session, if you leave the session and once join back you will be in a hidden mode and only the session host/cohost can unhide you to show you on the live stage

4.2 Take a break

Longer sessions call for breaks in between.

The host moderates the event and can execute breaks during the session.

During the break or post your session, you can explore the Social Lounge’ for networking with other participants or visit different Virtual booths under the 'Booths section'.
