You can invite the speaker, host, or co-host to join backstage. This makes it easier for them to find you and prepare for their session.

2. How to invite a speaker/host /co-host backstage

Step 1: As a session host/co-host, go to backstage for your particular session.

Step 2: Click on the "Host & Speaker" icon on the left-hand side of backstage and look for the speaker, host, or co-host you want to invite/pull on the backstage/stage.

Step 3: Click the "Ask to join" button under the speaker or host tile to notify the speaker/host /co-host. A request will be sent to the speaker/host /co-host to join backstage.

Note: The speaker/host /co-host will be joined backstage as hidden, and the other session host/co-host needs to unhide them to bring them on stage.

3. Things to keep in mind

  • The speaker will be joined backstage as hidden, and the session host/co-host needs to unhide them to bring them on stage.
