What's New?

1. A New, Unified Dashboard

Your new Home dashboard gives you quick access to:

• Events: Create and manage webinars, conferences, and events.
• Studio: Record videos, host podcasts, and broadcast live.
• AI Editor: Transform your recordings into engaging AI-powered clips.
• Ads: Promote your content and reach a wider audience.

You can also view your upcoming events, scheduled broadcasts, and AI visibility insights powered by AirPulse directly from Home.

2. Team Management & Billing Have Moved

We've reorganized a few settings to make navigation simpler.

Looking for Team Management or Billing?

1. Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Team to manage team members and permissions.
3. Select Billing & Services to access your subscription and billing information.

You can also access My Profile and switch between light and dark themes using Appearance from the same menu.

Don't worry! These features are still available. Only their location has changed.

3. Easier Access to Help & Your CSM

Need assistance or want to connect with your Customer Success Manager?

1. Click the Help (?) icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Know Your Customer Success Manager to find your CSM.
3. You can also access the Support Lounge, Airmeet Academy, and Knowledge Base from the same menu.

4. Dedicated Spaces for Events & Studio

We've made it easier to manage your content with dedicated workspaces.

• Events → My Events: Create, search, filter, and manage your events.
• Studio → My Studio: Start a new recording, stream, or podcast, and manage your broadcasts.

Each workspace has its own sidebar, giving you quick access to relevant features and settings.
