How to "Block" and "Edit" attendees details from Airmeet events dashboard?

1. Overview


Airmeet allows you to block and edit participant details from the events dashboard. Now you can easily manage your participants with the highest security controls.


2. Block Participants


To block an attendee from your event, kindly follow the below steps:


Step 1: Navigate to your "Events dashboard" and select the "People" tab.


Step 2: Click on the Attendees section, and under "Registrations Summary," search for a particular attendee.




Step 3: Hover over the respective participants, click on the "3 dots," and select "Block".




Note: Blocking a participant will remove them from the live event and not allow them to enter the event. You can unblock the participant at any time.


To unblock an attendee kindly follow the above steps and click on "Unblock attendee"





3. Edit Participants details


To edit an attendee's details from your event, kindly follow the below steps:


Step 1: Navigate to your "Events dashboard" and select the "People" tab.


Step 2: Click on the Attendees section, and under "Registrations Summary," search for a particular attendee.




Step 3: Hover over the respective participants, click on the "3 dots," and select "Edit"



Step 4: You can edit the attendee details, like their first and last name, job title, and other details apart from the email address entered or uploaded via CSV.


Note: You cannot edit the email address.


4. Things to keep in mind


Block Participants


  • Blocking a participant will remove them from the live event and not allow them to enter the event.
  • Blocked participants cannot enter the event using their unique access links or login until they are unblocked. Participants in the live event who get blocked will be exited from the event immediately.



Edit Participants


  • Organizer can edit the attendee details, like their first and last name, job title, and other details, but cannot edit the email address.
