Have trouble sharing your screen on Mac OS? It could be due to relevant operating system level permission not being appropriately granted.
Let's see how to provide screen sharing permission on Mac OS and share your screen on an Airmeet event.
Step 1: Click on the Apple logo (on the top left of the screen). Select "System Preferences" from the dropdown.
Step 2: Click on the "'Security & Privacy' button.
Step 3: Select the 'Privacy' Tab. Scroll down, look for 'Screen Recording,' and click on the same.
Click on the 'Lock' icon (Click on the lock to make changes) and 'Select Airmeet supported web browsers' (Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox, Brave).

1. Select the 'Privacy' Tab
2. Scroll down and look for 'Screen Recording' and click on the same.
3. Click on the 'Lock' icon
4. 'Select Airmeet supported web browsers' (Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox, Brave).
Step 4: Restart the Laptop/Desktop.
Note: This is a One-time activity that needs to be performed once only. If you're not able to screen share after a few days, kindly follow the above steps.
Troubleshooting Tips
1. In case Using VPN or office devices with VPN
Please turn off your VPN or change your internet connection (E.g., Mobile hotspot)
2. Poor Internet Connectivity
Please make sure you have a good internet connection. You can also change the Airmeet bandwidth setting from HD to LD. It won't affect the content of your presentation.
