Please follow the given guidelines: -

1. Apple Settings:

  • Click on the Apple logo (on the top left of the screen).

  • Click on "System Preferences" > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Screen Recording and add in the Airmeet supported web browsers that you are using (Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox, Brave).

  • Restart the system/laptop.

2. Using VPN or office devices with VPN

  • Please turn off your VPN or change your internet connection (E.g., Mobile hotspot)

 

3. Poor Internet Connectivity

  • Please make sure you have a good internet connection. You can also change the Airmeet bandwidth setting from HD to LD. It won't affect the content of your presentation.
