1. Overview

Get started on how you can enable & disable virtual tables on an Airmeet event

As an event organizer, you can disable the social lounge from your event and enable it at any time during the event.

As an event organizer, you can customize the event pre-event and during the event.

2. Pre-event Customization

Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, which will allow you to customize the event theme and change the setting according to your preferences.

3. Disable Social Lounge 

During the event, the organizer can customize the event theme and change the setting according to your preferences.

Let's read in detail how to change your event theme and live event settings.

Step 1: Go to the settings tab located in the right-hand side corner.

Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.

Step 3: Scroll down to the "Event experience" section and look for "Social Lounge"

Step 4: "Toggle the button off" and click "Save" to disable the social lounge for your event.

Note: Participants will no longer be able to access the social lounge. Existing table conversations will end immediately.
