Steps to Follow:
As an attendee, you can enter Airmeet in any of the 'Four' ways depending upon the event entry rules set by the event organizers:
1. Anyone can enter via their unique link (Direct access to the event via a unique link after filling in the registration form)
2. Only people who are invited can enter(Direct access to the event via a unique link (No login/registration required)
3. Anyone can enter after signing in (Register and enter the event)
4. Anyone can enter without signing in (Enter the event without login by filling up the registration form)
Note: An event organizer can set any one of the above rules for attendees to enter the event.
2. Different Entry Entry types
2.1. Anyone can enter via their unique link (Direct access to the event via a unique link after filling in the registration form)
In this event entry, attendees must provide their email id on the event's landing page and fill in the registration form, post that a unique access link has been sent to the email id.
Step 1: Click on the "Register for this event" and enter your email id.
Step 2: Fill in the 'Registration Form' and enter the detail requested by the event organizer.
Step 3: Kindly check your email id for the unique access link and click on the same to register.
2.2. Only people who are invited can enter (Direct Access to the Event via a Unique link (No Login/Registration Required))
The event organizer uploads a list of participants and sends them a unique link to enter the event seamlessly.
Step 1: Click on the unique access event link sent by the event organizer in your email.
Step 2: As the organizer has filled in all the details in advance, you can 'verify the details' and edit if required, and click on 'Enter event'
Note: Clicking and filling in the registration form would be considered as an 'Registrant' for the event. Kindly make sure you click on the link and register yourself.
2.3. Anyone can enter after signing in (Register and enter the event)
Step 1: Click on the event link provided by the event organizer.
Step 2: After visiting the link, Click the "Register & Enter event" button
Step 3: Login into the event using three ways:
- Use the Email option and Sign Up using your official/personal ID.
You will receive a verification code. Enter the verification code and enter a password, then proceed. - Login using social accounts like Google/Apple ID/Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn
- Single Sign-On
The organizer can enable SSO for a specific domain, and hence you could enter the event with a single sign-in using your organization's email address.
Note: If the event is not started, you will receive a registration email having a calendar invite to join.
Step 4: After login, you would be asked to fill up a registration form that would ask for your details, and a few of those fields would be shown as a name badge under your Registration form.
Step 5: After filling up the registration form, you will be able to enter the event.
Note: If the event is not started, a calendar invite would be sent to your email id with the event link. You can click on the same event link and enter the event when it is stated by the event organizer.
2.4. Anyone can enter without signing in (Enter the event without login by filling up the registration form)
Step 1: Click on the event link provided by the event organizer.
Step 2: After visiting the link, Click on the "Enter Event" button.
Step 3: Fill in the Registration form that would ask for your details, and a few of those fields would be shown as a name badge under your Attendee Card.
Step 4: After filling in the Attendee card, Click on the Enter event, and you will be able to enter the event.
Note : If the event is not started you would get an option to add the event on your calendar as a reminder.
