How to stream your hybrid event on Airmeet?

Modified on Tue, 16 Apr at 5:12 PM

A hybrid event is a tradeshow, conference, unconference, seminar, workshop, or another meeting that combines a "live" in-person event with a "virtual" online component.

It’s time to have a hybrid experience on Airmeet!  A hybrid event is an offline event with a virtual version.

There can be three cases for hosting such events with different kinds of experiences:

a) Broadcasting with Multi Cameras (using 3rd part broadcasting software via RTMP)

Video and audio conferencing platforms like ZOOM, Webex, and Microsoft teams, along with broadcasting tools such as OBS, Streamyard, Vimeo, VMix, and others that are capable of generating and sending an RTMP stream, can be streamed as input in Airmeet sessions and participants from across the globe can attend the session and interact with other participants.,

Process :

  1. Create an Airmeet and go to the dashboard.
  2. Add a session by clicking on "+Add scheduled item" and selecting the session type as “Stream into Airmeet.”
  3. Enter session details and copy the stream key & URL.
  4. Enter the stream key & URL to your output platform or broadcasting software.
  5. Start streaming into the Airmeet session.

c) Feed external audio/video input into the Airmeet stage.

Making your live session look and sound as professional as possible is the best way to attract attention. After all, nobody likes to attend a session that looks bad and sounds worse.

In Airmeet, you can change your audio & video input to another 3rd party application and deliver an extraordinary experience.
