If you're having trouble joining a Session, make sure you've completed the following:


  • Refresh your web browser

  • Kindly clear the browser cache memory

  • Check your Audio/Video permissions.
    Click on the padlock icon next to the URL field and make sure the Camera and Microphone are set to Allow for the airmeet.com webpage.


  • Restart your web browser
    Sometimes browser settings require a browser restart for changes to take effect.


  • Make sure you have disabled VPN/Firewall, which might be blocking your access.

  • Kindly check you are accessing Airmeet on a supported browser.
