1. Overview
Airmeet understands that missing a session and getting the recording from the event organizer could be a bit of a hustle, and now we have the feature in place to playback past sessions.
Once the session is marked as completed, attendees can view the session replay as soon as the recording is ready.
Note: The processing of the recording might take a while, depending on the duration of the session.
2. Watch Session Replay
Step 1: Once the session is marked as completed, click on the "Schedule" button.
Step 2: Click on the “Watch replay” button.
Step 3: Click the play option to view the session recording from the beginning.
Step 4: You can also browse through the session’s recent chats, Q&A, and polls.

4. Disable Replay for a particular session
Session replays become available for every completed session automatically. As an organizer, you can disable the replay for a particular session if you don’t wish to show it to your attendees.
Step 1: Click on the "Schedule" button and navigate to the particular session.
Step 2: Click on the "3 dots" and select the “Disable replay” button. Attendees will no longer be able to watch the session recording.
Step 3: To enable the session replay, click on “Enable replay,” and attendees will be able to watch the session recording.
5. Disable Session replay for all session
As an organizer, you can disable the session replay for all the session in one go, let's see how
Step 1: Go to your live event, click on Settings, and then select Customize Event.
Step 2: Scroll down to the "Session Replays" option and turn off the toggle; this will disable session replay for all sessions in one go.
5.1. Enable and Disable session engagement activities
As an organizer, you can enable or disable engagement activities like Chat, Q&A and Session Polls in replay mode.
Step 1: Go to your live event, click on Settings, and then select Customize Event.
Step 2: Scroll down to the "Session Replays" option and turn on or off the activities toggle. This will enable or disable engagement activities like chat, Q&A, and session polls from replay mode for all sessions in one go.
6. Points to keep in mind
- To enable session replay post the event is marked ended by the event organizer, they can choose to enable "How to setup "Event Replay" for your participants post your event?" for their event.
- Session replay is also available on Airmeet mobile applications and Mobile browsers as well.
- Attendees restricted to a session cannot watch the replay of that session.
- If the subscription plan is downgraded to a free plan, participants will be unable to view the replay even if the host has enabled session replay.
