1. Overview

Customize the level of interactions available for your attendees at your event. As an organizer, you will be able to disable the 'Q&A' option available for attendees to send at the live session. In addition to this, you will also be able to disable live chat, event feed, etc.

Configure precisely how you want your attendees to engage in the event with our advanced engagement controls.

You will be able to modify the options either prior to the start of the event or while the event is in progress.

2. Pre-Event

Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, which will allow you to customize the event theme and change the setting according to your preferences.

3. During the Event

During the event, the organizer can change the setting according to their preferences on a real-time basis.

To disable the Q&A tab & clear asked questions, kindly follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to the settings tab towards the right-side top corner.

Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.

Step 3: Scroll down to the session experience section and 'toggle the button off' beside the 'Q&A' option to disable the Q&A tab from all the sessions.

Step 4: Click the 'Clear' button to erase all the existing questions on all the sessions in one go.

Disclaimer : Clearing Q&A data may impact the post event analytics reports. Kindly perform the action accordingly.

Step 5: Scroll down and click on the "Save" button.

Note: None of the participants, including speakers, exhibitors and event organizers, would be able to view Q&A tab once it is disabled.
