1. Overview

Customize the level of interactions available for your attendees at your event. As an organizer, you can disable the "Polls" option for attendees to vote and other team members to publish the polls.

Configure precisely how you want your attendees to engage in the event with our advanced engagement controls.

You will be able to modify the options either before the start of the event or while the event is in progress.

2. Pre-Event Customization

Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, allowing you to customize the event theme and change the settings according to your preferences.

3. During the Event

During the event, the organizer can change the setting according to their preferences in real-time.

To disable the session polls, kindly follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to the settings tab in the top right corner.

Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.

Step 3: Scroll down to the session experience section and "toggle the button off" beside the "Polls" option to disable the session-level polls for attendees during the live session.

Step 4: Click on the "Clear" icon beside the polls option to clear polls at the session level for attendees.

Step 5: Scroll down and click on the "Save" button.

Note: None of the participants including speakers, exhibitors & event organizer would be able to view or vote once session polls are disabled.
