As an event organizer, you can customize the event pre-event and during the event.
Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, which will allow you to customize the event theme and change the setting according to your preferences.
During the Event
During the event, the organizer can change the setting according to their preferences on a real-time basis.
To disable the attendee list & attendee count from the session, kindly follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the settings tab placed on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.
Step 3: Scroll down to the session experience section and click on the "Hide" icon beside the 'People in session' option to disable the people tab from your session.
Step 4: Scroll down to the session experience section and click on the "Hide" button beside the 'Attendee count' option to hide the attendee count during the Live session on stage.
Note: Customization options be different in meetup & Conference format.
Step 4: Scroll down and click on the "Save" button.
Note : None of the participants including speakers, exhibitors & event organizer would be able to view attendee list & attendee count once it is disabled respectively.
