Create more personalized experiences for their attendees, and tailor-made experiences for VIP prospects and customers. Not to mention, gifting is a great way to further personalize an ABM strategy.

Sendoso is a platform that allows you to send physical and virtual gifts to anyone automatically. Automatically send Sendoso Gifts to event registrations and event attendees.

2. Connect Sendoso at the Airmeet Community level

Step 1: Log in at www.airmeet.com with your organizer ID. Click on the Integrations tab from the left-hand side of the community dashboard.

Step 2: Under the Apps section, search for Sendoso and click on the "Connect" button.

Step 3: Login and authorize your Sendoso account to be enabled at the community level.

Note: Connecting Sendoso to the Airmeet community is a one-time activity.

You don't need to perform the above steps again, which create or configure for another event.

3. Connect Sendoso at the Airmeet Event level

Once the Sendoso is connected to an Airmeet Community, you can connect both platforms at the event level. Let's see how to enable the integration at the event level.

Step 1:  Go to your particular Event dashboard and click on the Integrations tab > Integrations tab.

Step 2: Click on the "Enable" button. Select the category to which the gifts need to be sent.

1. Send Gifts to Event Registrations

A Sendoso gift will be sent to all completed registrations for the event on Airmeet.

2. Send Gifts to Event Attendees

A Sendoso gift will be sent to all participants who have attended the event on Airmeet.

Step 3: After selecting the category of your choice, you can enable the same by toggling it on.

Step 4: Select the gifts/Touch added to your Sendoso account from the dropdown.

Step 5: Click on the "Save" button.

4. Things to keep in mind

• Airmeet will send a notification to the Sendoso admin to proceed further with dispatching the gifts.
• Delivery of gifts is the responsibility of the Sendoso admin/ Event Organizer.
