1. Overview



Easily sync Pipedrive contacts with your Airmeet event registration. Select the Pipedrive filters on your Airmeet event settings page to enable the sync. Contacts registered with the Pipedrive filters will be added to the Airmeet. New registrations received on Airmeet will be added to the Pipedrive account as a contact.



2. Connect Pipedrive at the Airmeet Community level




Step 1: Log in at www.airmeet.com with your organizer ID. Click on the Integration tab from the left-hand side of the community dashboard.


Step 2: Under the Apps section, search for Pipedrive and click on the Connect button.




Step 3: Login and authorize with your Pipedrive account to establish a trusted connection between both platforms.


3. Connect Pipedrive at Airmeet Event level


Once the Pipedrive is connected to the Airmeet Community, you can connect both platforms at the event level. Let's see how to enable integration at the event level.


Step 1: Go to your particular event dashboard and click on the Integration tab.


Step 2: Click on the Enable button, and under the general tab, select the Pipedrive filter.



3.1. How do you create a Pipedrive filter?


Step 1: Go to the Contacts section of Pipedrive from the left-hand sideUnder the people tab, click on the drop-down option at the right-hand side of the page.





Step 2: Click on the "+Add new filter." > +Add Condition > Select the field and tag accordingly.



Provide the filter with a unique name, and then click on the Save icon.


Step 3: After selecting the filter, you can toggle the "direct access link" to send a unique link on Pipedrive under contacts.


3.2. Sync Airmeet to Pipedrive


Once you have selected the desired filter and enabled the direct access link from the general tab, you can map the Airmeet registration fields with Pipedrive contact properties for adding/updating contacts in your Pipedrive account.





3.3. Sync Pipedrive to Airmeet


Map the Airmeet registration fields with Pipedrive contact properties for pre-filling the registration form on Airmeet once you enter the event.


A unique link will be sent to the mapped contacts to enter the event on the email ID from Pipedrive.




3.3.1. Add contact in Pipedrive


To add a contact on Pipedrive and sync with Airmeet, you need to follow the below steps:


Step 1: Go to the Contacts tab. Under the People section, click +Person. Enter the contact details and select the label.



Note: The label should be similar to the filter condition applied or as shown above.



3.4. Add custom fields in Airmeet & Pipedrive.


3.4.1. Add Custom field on Airmeet


You can add a custom field on Airmeet by following these steps:


Go to Registrations > Registration Form >  Change form > Edit the default form or add custom fields by clicking on +Add Custom Field.




3.4.2. Add Custom field on Pipedrive


You can create a custom field on Pipedrive and map the same on Airmeet. Let's see how you can add a custom field on Pipedrive.


Click on your profile icon > Company Settings > Settings tab > Data Fields > Click on "Add custom field."





4. Things to keep in mind


  • Data is synced after 1 hour from Pipedrive to Airmeet when connected.
