Step 2: Under the Apps section, search for Keap and click on the Connect button.

Step 3: Click the "Log in and authorize your Keap" button and allow the relevant permissions.

Step 4: Select your Keap account from the dropdown and click on click the "Allow" button.

Step 5: Your Keap application is authorized and connected to the Airmeet community.

3. Connect Keap at the Airmeet Event level

Step 2: Click on the Enable button, and under the general tab, select the Keap List.

3.1. How to create Keap List?

Step 3: Select the Keap list shown above and enable the "direct access link." The direct access link is the unique link sent from Airmeet to the Keap platform under contacts properties.

Note: Only the first name, last name, and email fields are mapped by default. The user needs to map the other registration fields on the event integration settings page.

3.2. Sync Airmeet to Keap

Once you have selected the desired list and enabled the direct access link from the general tab, you can map the Airmeet registration fields with Keap contact properties for adding/updating contacts in your Keap account.

Once the required fields are mapped together, you can click on Save. After the integration is live, all Airmeet registrants will be sent to the Tag List created or selected under General Settings, along with the direct access link (if enabled).

3.3. Sync Keap to Airmeet

Map the Airmeet registration fields with Keap contact properties here for pre-filling the registration form on Airmeet.

A unique link will be sent to the mapped contacts to enter the event on the email ID from Keap.

3.3.1. How to add a contact on Keap and map it to a Tag?

Step 1: Click on Contacts > People tab > Add a contact > Enter Contact details.

Note: Name & Email are mandatory fields.

Step 2: Once the contact is created, select it and map it to a Tag selected on Airmeet.

Step 3: Select the tag from the dropdown option and click "Apply Tag."Only the contacts will be synced to the Airmeet event, and the contact will be sent a unique joining link from Airmeet.

3.4. Add Custom fields in Airmeet & Keap.

  • Default mapping only includes the first name, last name, and email fields. The user needs to map the other registration fields on the event integration settings page
