How to create an in-person event on Airmeet?

Create an In-Person Event

Step 1: Login to your Airmeet account and enter the community dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the "Create Event" button and select "In-Person Event".

Step 3: Enter the basic information about your event.

Name: Enter the event name, which will be displayed on the landing page.

Start and End Date: Provide the event start and end dates.

Note: The event will automatically be shown on the landing page at the given start time and will end at the time provided above. You can change the time later as well.

Event Venue & Capacity: Search and select the event venue and enter the event capacity (check-ins) you are expecting at the venue.

Event Entry & Registration Approval: Select the type of event entered for your event (public or private) and enable the manual approval process for everyone who registers for the event.

About the event: Enter the event description.

Organizer details: Enter the business or community organizing the in-person event, and enter an email ID to be shown on the in-person event landing page, using which attendees can contact the organizer.

Step 4: Click on "Create event.". You will now enter the events dashboard, where you can add select the registration process, create session, Add & Customize your landing page branding along with email and integrations
