How to delete a participants after they have registred for an event?

1. Overview


You can now delete registrants who might have been added for testing purposes or entered an incorrect email.






2. Delete Registrants


Step 1: Go to your Events Dashboard > People Tab > Attendees Section.


Step 2: Look for participants whose registrations you want to delete.Hover over the participants and click on the three dots.




Step 3: Select the "Delete" option.


Note: When a participant is deleted, all their data will be permanently lost, and they will need to register again to attend the event.




3. Things to keep in mind


1. Deletion is possible only if the event has not started and the participant has not entered the event.


2.  When a participant is deleted, all their data will be permanently lost, and they will need to register again to attend the event.


3. You can also "BLOCK" participants if you don't want them to register again
