1. Overview

Airmeet Preview Mode lets organizers, speakers, and exhibitors access the event environment before it starts, giving you the opportunity to test, rehearse, and review everything — from the backstage to booths and lounge areas.

2. What is Preview Mode?

Preview Mode allows you to enter your event environment in advance using your unique event link so you can:

Speakers: Enter the backstage, check your audio/video, and rehearse your session.

Note: This access is available as soon as the event is created and remains open until the event goes live.

3. How to Use Preview Mode

1. Click your unique event link (shared via email or dashboard).

2. Log in with the email registered for the event.

3. Explore the event:

Join backstage (for speaker sessions)
Visit & edit lounge tables (for organizers)
Preview booths (for exhibitors)
Check settings, flow, and layout (for organizers)

4. Things to keep in mind

Speakers/exhibitors must use the same email address registered for the event.
Some areas (like the session stage) may remain restricted based on role until access is granted.
For best results, use a Chrome browser and ensure a stable internet connection.
