1. What is Booth Engagement Mode?

Booth Engagement Mode is a dynamic display setting that automatically prioritizes and arranges virtual booths based on their current level of activity. This ensures your most engaging content is always front and center—boosting visibility, traffic, and interactions.

2. How It Works

Booths are automatically ordered in the following sequence:

  1. Ongoing Live Broadcasts
Booths currently running a live broadcast will be shown first—helping attendees discover live content in real time.

  2. Online Exhibitors
Booths with at least one exhibitor currently online (available to chat or engage) will appear next.

  3. Other/Non-active Booths
Booths without a live broadcast or online exhibitor will be listed afterward.

This auto-prioritization ensures that attendees are always presented with the most engaging and interactive booths at the top.

3. How to enable "Booth Engagement Mode"?

Step 1: Go to the settings tab in the top right corner.

Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.

Step 3: Scroll down to the event experience section and "toggle the button on" beside the

"Booth Engagement Mode" option to enable the Booth Engagement Mode.

Step 5: Scroll down and click on the "Save" button.
