1. Overview

Save time by uploading multiple speaker profiles at once using the Bulk Upload Speakers feature.
Easily import speaker names, emails, and profile pictures in one go for a smooth event setup experience.


2. How to Bulk Upload Speakers

Step 1: Go to Your Event Dashboard. Navigate to the People tab and click on Speakers.

Step 2: Open the “Add Speaker” Panel.  Click on Add Speaker and select the Bulk Upload Speakers tab.



Step 3: Download the Speaker Template

Click Download Speaker Template to get a CSV file with the required columns.
Mandatory fields include:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email


Step 4: Fill in the Speaker Details. Enter your speaker details in the downloaded CSV file.Make sure all required fields are completed correctly before uploading.


Step 5: Upload the CSV File. Drag and drop your completed CSV file or click to select and upload it.


Keep in mind:

  • The CSV file should not exceed 50 rows or 1 MB in size.
  • Review the upload area for any errors before moving forward.




2.1. Upload Speaker Images


Once you upload the speaker list, you can add profile images for each speaker.

Steps to Upload Images

  1. Drag and drop your image files into the upload area.

  2. Ensure each image filename matches the speaker’s full name for correct mapping.

Image Specifications

  • Recommended size: 400x400 px

  • Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG

  • Maximum size: 10 MB per image

  • Accepted filenames: Use the full name with an underscore (_) or dash (-)

    • Example: John_Deep or John-Deep

Once uploaded, images will automatically link to the respective speaker profiles.




3. Verify and Submit

After uploading both the CSV and images:

  1. Review all speaker details.

  2. Confirm the image mapping.

  3. Click Submit to finalize the upload.

Your speakers will appear instantly in the Speakers list on the event dashboard.





4. Upload Only Speaker Images (Optional)

If you’ve already added your speakers but forgot to upload their images, you can do so separately.

  1. Go to the Speakers section.

  2. Click on Upload Speaker Images.

  3. Drag and drop your files or select them manually.



Ensure the image filenames exactly match the speaker names for automatic mapping.

Accepted Formats & Naming:

  • Size: 400x400 px | Format: JPEG or PNG | Max: 10 MB

  • Example filenames: John_Deep or John-Deep

d. What happens if I forget to upload speaker images during the CSV upload?

No worries—you can upload images later.

e. Can I edit or re-upload the speaker list after submitting?

Yes, you can add or edit speaker details anytime from the Speakers section in your dashboard. However, if you re-upload a CSV file, ensure it contains only the updated or new speaker data to avoid duplication.

  • Keep CSV headers unchanged when filling in details.

  • Avoid using spaces, special characters, or numbers in image filenames.

  • Verify spelling consistency between CSV entries and image names.

  • Test with a few speakers first to ensure correct mapping before bulk uploads.
