1. Overview

You can make your event even more interactive by displaying session-level polls on the stage for various reasons, such as audience engagement, capturing more responses from the audience, highlighting real-time results, etc.

Note: We have switched to a vertical layout for all session-level RHS controls.

3. Show polls on stage

Step 1: After publishing the poll, go to the poll you want to display on the stage.

Step 2: Click on the "Show on stage" option at the bottom of the poll card.

Participants would be able to vote from the options displayed on the screen or from the right-hand side.

Step 3: You can also change or customize the colors of the polls shown on the live stage by clicking on Settings > Event Branding > Highlight Colors. Do not forget to save the changes.



Step 4: To remove the poll from the stage, click on the "X" icon or the "Hide poll from the stage" option on the stage. (One can also remove the poll by using RHS control to “remove from the stage")

4. Things to Keep in Mind

• Only the session host/co-host & mapped speaker have the capability to show a poll on stage.
• You can show a single poll at a time.
• The following feature is not applicable for the "Stream into Airmeet" (RTMP-based) session & on Airmeet mobile applications.
