How to disable "My Schedule tab" & "Schedule meetings" for all the attendees at an Airmeet event?

1. Overview

Customize the level of interactions available for your attendees at your event. As an organizer, you can disable the "Schedule Meetings" option for attendees to schedule meetings with each other.

Configure precisely how you want your attendees to engage in the event with our advanced engagement controls.

As an event organizer, You will be able to modify the options either prior to the event's start or while the event is in progress.

2. Pre-Event Customization

Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, allowing you to customize the event theme and change the setting according to your preferences.

3. During the Event

During the event, the organizer can change the setting according to their preferences on a real-time basis.

To disable Schedule Meetings, kindly follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to the settings tab towards the right-side top corner.

Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.

Step 3: Scroll down to the Event experience section and "toggle the button off" beside the 'Schedule Meetings' option to disable the Schedule Meetings option for participants.

Step 4:To disable my schedule tab "toggle the button off" beside the "My Schedule" option and hide it from all participants.

Step 5: Scroll down and click on the "Save"  button.

Note: If the scheduled meeting is disabled/hidden during the event, the current meeting can still be hosted/attended, irrespective of the case the meeting organizer cancels the meeting.
