Customize the level of interactions available for your attendees at your event. As an organizer, you will be able to disable the "Schedule Meetings" option available for attendees to schedule meetings with each other.

As an event organizer, You will be able to modify the options either prior to the start of the event or while the event is in progress.
Before the event starts, the organizer can enter the event via preview mode, which will allow you to customize the event theme and change the setting according to your preferences.
During the Event
During the event, the organizer can change the setting according to their preferences on a real-time basis.
To disable Schedule Meetings, kindly follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the settings tab towards the right-side top corner.
Step 2: Click on the “Customize event” button.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Event experience section and click on the "Hide" icon beside the 'Schedule Meetings' option to disable the Schedule Meetings option for participants.
Step 5: Scroll down and click on the "Save" button.
Note: If the scheduled meeting is disabled/hidden during the event, the current meeting can still be hosted/attended, irrespective of the case the meeting organizer cancels the meeting.
