1. Overview


Design and format the registration form on Airmeet and host it wherever you want. Drive registrations for your event by hosting the form on all your key web pages. Set up the required form fields, format them with your brand colors, and copy the code to use it on any of your landing pages or microsites.

 

You will be able to copy the registration form code and use it anywhere on their website. You can design and format the form on Airmeet, then copy the code to use it anywhere on their website or webpage of your choice.

Process:

Registrations section > Registration tab > Embed Form > Select Responsive size or Fixed size > Select Iframe code or Javascript codes (Setup form branding, title, message, or URL) > Copy Code > Go to the website and paste the code.



2. How to embed the registration form on your webpage?

Step 1: Go to the "Registrations" section and select the "Registration form" section.

Step 2: Click on the "Embed Form" button to customize and copy the iframe code.



Step 3: Now, select the size of the embeded form code, in essence, Responsive size or Fixed size.


1. Responsive Size: Under it you can select either the Iframe Code or Javascript code.

Iframe Code:- 

  • Under the Iframe code, simply click on "Copy code" to paste it on your website.
  • Under the Javascript code, you will find two codes for your to copy.



Note: UTM tracking is possible for embedded registration forms via using JavaScript code.


Fixed Size:- 

  • Under the Iframe code, first set up the height and width of the registration form and click on "Copy code" to paste it on your website.
  • Under the Javascript code, you will find two codes for your to copy after setting up he height and width of the form.

 


Step 4: Set up the registration Form "Branding".

  • First is the form ambience, i.e., Dark or Light. Select the one as per the need of the form.

    Branding > Ambience > Dark or Light



  • Second is the registration form Background color. Select the color by name, using the color dipper, or the HEX code. 

    Branding > Background Color > Select Color





Step 5: Setup registration "Form Title" which you can preview on the form in the right.

 Form title > Rename



Step 6: Set up the "Post Registration Behavior". 

  • Post Registration Message: Edit the post-registration message for your participants

    Post Registration Behavior > Post-registration message > Edit the message


  • Redirect URL after registration: If Javascript is selected, you can also toggle on the button for "Redirect URL after registration", which enables you to choose the URL you want to redirect your participants to post registration. 

    And finally, enter the URL or link of the destination site.

    Post Registration Behaviour (if Javascript enabled) >  Redirect URL after registration toggle on > Enter the redirect URL link



Note: It is recommended to prepare your final registration form before embedding it on your webpage.

Note: The embedded form is ONLY applicable in case of the ''Enter via unique link" event entry type or for a "Ticketed event".

If the event organizer changes the event entry, you change the event entry option, and users will not be able to register from the embedded form on your webpage.



3. How will the embedded registration form work?



After Embedding the registration form on the webpage, the participants will be asked to fill in the details, and a unique link will be sent to the participant's email address to enter the event.



Step 1: Participants need to enter the details on the registration form.
Note: Email address & Name are default & mandatory fields



Step 2: An invitation email is sent to them at their respective email address, including a unique entry link (magic link) from Airmeet.




Step 3: Participants must click on the unique link to confirm their registration (if the event is not started) and enter the event.



Note: The invited participant(s) must click on the sent link to confirm their registration. 
The registration limit will be consumed only when the participants confirm their registration.

4. Things to keep in mind


  • The embedded form is ONLY applicable in case of the ''Enter via unique link" event entry type & "Ticketed event."If the event organizer changes the event entry, you change the event entry option, and users will not be able to register from the embedded form on your webpage.

  • If any changes or customizations are made to the form after embedding it on the webpage, the developer needs to re-embed the form again.

    For example, if the theme needs to be changed to a light ambiance after embedding the form, then the organizer needs to make changes on the event's dashboard and again embed the form on the website.

  • UTM tracking is possible for embedded registration forms via using JavaScript code.
