Connect LinkedIn event form and Airmeet via Zapier

1. Overview


Connect your LinkedIn event with Airmeet and let your audience register for your virtual event from LinkedIn event.


Whenever a participants register on a LinkedIn event created on a LinkedIn page, the participants will be registered for an Airmeet event and a unique joining link will be sent to that participant on there email inbox.




2. Create Zapier workflow


Step 1: Login to your Zapier account and create a Zapier workflow.

Step 2: Select LinkedIn Ads &  Airmeet application and select "New Event registration Form Response " along with Register attendee with Custom Registration Form.



Step 3: Click on "Try it" and procced towards the setup.




3. Connect LinkedIn event (Trigger)


Step 1: Choose a LinkedIn Account with event created, and click on "Continue."


Step 2: Under the Trigger section, select the organization (LinkedIn page) and event created under that particular page.




Step 3: Click on "Continue" and "Test the trigger."



Step 4: Click "Continue" to proceed further.

4. Connect Airmeet (Action)


Once your LinkedIn Trigger is connected as shown above, you need to connect your Airmeet account.


Step 1: Choose your Airmeet community or create a new account by following below steps:


a) Sign in to your airmeet account ( https://www.airmeet.com/signup )

b) Click on the "Integrations" tab and select the "API Access Key" section.

c): Click on "Generate access key" and provide a name/label to your key (can be anything that can be remembered later)

 

 

d) After providing your label name 'X-Airmeet-Access-Key' with 'X-Airmeet-Secret-Key' would be generated, which can be used in API integration


Access Key = X-Airmeet-Access-Key
Secret Key = X-Airmeet-Secret-Key

 



Step 2: Enter the Airmeet Access Key & Airmeet Secret Key and save it. Click on "Continue"


Step 3: Under Action section, select the Airmeet id (Airmeet event) from drop down option.


Step 4: Map the LinkedIn event registration form fields with Airmeet registration form fields as shown below:



Step 5: Once mapping is done, click on "Continue".


Step 6: Test the action and check if the participants is added to Airmeet event as an registrant.





5. Turn on Zapier 


Once the LinkedIn Trigger and Airmeet Action is completed you can publish the Zapier and turn on the Zapier task.




6. Conclusion


Now whenever a participants register on a LinkedIn event created on a LinkedIn page, the participants will be registered for an Airmeet event and a unique joining link will be sent to that participant on there email inbox.
