Email performance analytics is an important aspect of this, as it allows users to understand how effectively their email campaigns are driving engagement and attendance.

Key Metrics in Email Performance Analytics:

  1. Delivered:

    • The percentage of email being delivered to the recipient's inbox.

    • It indicates the delivery effectiveness  of the email being sent to the recipient's inbox.

  2. Open Rate:

    • The percentage of recipients who opened the email out of the total number of emails sent.
    • It indicates the effectiveness of your subject line and the timing of the email.
  3. Click-Through Rate (CTR):

    • The percentage of recipients who clicked on one or more links in the email.
    • It helps assess the effectiveness of your email content and call-to-action.
  4. Bounce Rate:

    • The percentage of emails that could not be delivered to the recipient's inbox.
    • Includes both hard bounces (permanent delivery failures) and soft bounces (temporary delivery issues).


2. View Email Analytics

Step 1: Go to your event dashboard and click on the Email section.

Step 2: Under the "Delivery Rate" column, select the specific email  to view detailed performance metrics.

Step 3: Review the key metrics mentioned above to assess the performance of your email 

Making Data-Driven Decisions:

  • Use the insights gained from the analytics to refine your email strategies.
  • Test different subject lines, content, and sending times to optimize open rates and CTR.
  • Address high bounce or unsubscribe rates by cleaning your email list and ensuring relevant, valuable content.
