Yes, Airmeet does support custom email domains, via which you can Trigger event emails from your custom email domain to all your participants.
Following are the prerequisite request and process to enable it for your event.
1. Overview
This functionality is available at the event level, and it allows us to customize the domains from which you can send emails to your registrations.
SendGrid DKIM and SPF authentication demonstrate to email service providers (ESPs) that the service has the authority to send emails on your domain's behalf.
Note: Custom Email domain can be enabled for your community. Once enabled, all your emails will be sent from a custom domain instead of airmeet default email provider.
2. Prerequisite
Step 1: Share the following details
- Airmeet Event Link : Mention the Airmeet event link
- from Email : Mention the email address from which the email should be sent
- from Name : Mention the name from which the email should be sent
- reply to : Mention the email id participants can reply on
- Admin/IT/Organizer email address to send DNS records (one-time) authentication email : Mention your Admin/IT/Official email id to send authentication email of your email domain
Step 2: Authentication
Note: Airmeet Techsupport will send an authentication email with the necessary links.
Once the above details are received by Airmeet technical support, Airmeet will send a verification email and will need admin/IT/organizer to add DNS records to your email domain DNS. Once completed, notify your Account Manager/Event Success Manager/Support Agent.
Note: Airmeet is using DKIM and SPF coverage authentication for your email domain.
