1.Overview
To ensure platform reliability, maintain healthy email deliverability, and prevent misuse of the platform as an email marketing tool, Airmeet supports registration capping based on subscription plans.
Once the registration limit for an event is reached, new registrations will no longer be accepted for that event.
2. Registration Limits by Plan
| Plan | Maximum Registrations per Event |
|---|---|
| Free | 100 |
| Starter / Premium Webinars | 2500 |
| Pro / Events | 10,000 |
| Enterprise | 20,000 |
3. Applicability
Registration capping applies only to:
- Events created after the feature release date (1st April 2026 onwards)
The following events will remain unaffected:
- Existing events created before the release
- Events that already crossed the registration threshold before the rollout
4. What Happens When the Limit Is Reached?
Once the registration cap is reached:
The event landing page will display:
“Registrations Closed” or “Registration Completed”
- New registrations will be blocked through:
- Event landing page
- CSV uploads
- API-based registrations
Existing registered attendees will continue to have access to the event.
Important Notes
- Registration limits are applied per event.
- Registration capping does not impact attendee participation or session attendance limits.
- There are no additional charges associated with registration capping.
- Plan upgrades or downgrades do not retroactively modify limits for already-created events.
- Registration limits cannot be bypassed through CSV uploads or Public APIs.
