How to view and generate "Airmeet workspace level analytics & segments"?

1. Overview


Slice and dice the data in your way.


Account-level data helps you understand the users participating in your events and evaluate whether they meet certain criteria. The list of filtered users can be downloaded or grouped as a segment for handy reference.

2. View the Account Level User list


As a Community organizer, you can view the big attendee data at the account level based on different columns and download the data.


Let's see how to view the attendee data and add different columns & filters.


Step 1: Sign on airmeet.com and go to "Community Dashboard"


Step 2: Click on the "Analytics tab" from the left-hand side.




Step 3: Search for a particular user and add column fields according to your preference.





Step 4: You can export the metadata according to your preferred data fields by clicking on the Download data button.




2.1. Apply Filters


Apply filters with selected parameters and AND & OR filters to extract the required account-level dataset.


Step 1: Click on the "Add Filters" button.


Step 2: Select the filter parameters and click on a different section.


a. Registration Details: Trafic Sources, Ticket Type, Device Type, Web Browser & Operating System.

b. Attendance: Total events registered, Total events attended, Total count of attended sessions, Total count of visited booths, Event Type, Events Registered & Events attended.

c. Time Spent: Total time spent across events & Average time spent across events.

d. Location: Select locations from which your participants have joined the events.




Step 3: Click on "Apply." Now you can view the dataset with selected filters and export the master file or create the same filter as the segment, which can be saved and viewed later.



3. Create Account level Segments


Segments are a list of users across your events who meet certain criteria. Create, view & download your segments according to your preference.


Step 1: Click on the "Analytics tab" on the community dashboard and go to "Segments"


Step 2: Click "+ New Segment".




Step 3: Enter a Segment name & apply relevant filters according to your preference, as shown above in Step 2.1.




Step 4: Click on "Apply." Now you can view the dataset with selected filters and download the master file.



4. Download Detailed Report



Step 1: Go to your workspace dashboard and click on the Analytics section.


Step 2 : Go to the "Detailed Report" and click on the "Download" button. This will download the default system-generated workspace report.






5. Things to keep in mind


  • Data gets refreshed at every half-hour interval. 
  • Account-level data can only be viewed by event organizers only.
  • Country, Traffic Source, Device, Browser filters, and columns will be available for events created on or after March 1, 2022.
