  4. Avoid VPNs, large downloads, cloud backups, streaming, or other bandwidth-intensive activities during the session.

3. Pre check's

For optimal recording performance:

  • Close unnecessary applications and browser tabs to free up your device’s CPU, GPU, and memory.
  • Completely close other video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and similar tools. These applications may continue using your camera, microphone, network, or system resources in the background.
  • Avoid running screen recorders, video editors, streaming software, games, or other resource-intensive applications.
  • Check your camera, microphone, internet connection, and device performance before an important recording.

4. Important:

  • Don’t Close Airmeet During Upload. After your session ends, Airmeet may need some time to complete the upload.
  • Keep the Airmeet tab and Chrome browser open until the recording upload reaches 100%.
  • Closing the Airmeet tab or browser, shutting down your computer, or allowing the device to go to sleep before the upload is complete may result in the recording being lost.
